There are many external factors that can affect people with anxiety, the difference lies in how a person can be affected by that anxiety and how to combat it, to achieve a better happiness with himself.

Everyone is running today in search of some or the other things. But life should not be like a race.
We need to life it fully we cannot achieve everything in one life. We have to pause and then wake this should be strategy in life.
Their is always karma that defines you what you will get what not. So live your life fully not like race.
