RE: The fact that a country has the largest oil reserves is not a sign of great wealth
From the little knowledge I have gathered I can say that nation's that have oil usually have a great income but sometimes as a result of bad governance the nation still stays in shambles except of course in cases of unforseen disasters like covid-19.
