I can feel that I also have those three factors that you comment, in fact I think I have them in a very high degree. On the other hand, I may have some hope of changing a little, but I know it won't be easy for me.
Change is one of the most difficult things we want to do, especially when we seem comfortable with our present lifestyle. But then, when we think about the benefits of doing things differently, it might help
