Move On

This is the most important part of handling negative feedbacks as an entrepreneur or worker, your ability to move on and not to dwell that much in the negative feedback. A lot of people don't move on after getting a negative feedback, they like to dwell in it and sometimes create bad energy with the person who gave them such negative feedback. Yeah, I know some negative feedbacks really do hurts and it might seem as though the person is attacking you and sometimes the person might be attacking you, but you have to be a professional and don't react but analyze the feedback and gain some useful points from it. After the negative feedback, you should learn to move on and don't dwell in it.

Feedbacks are great, whether positive or negative feedbacks. I for one prefer negative feedbacks, so I can improve on myself and get better and better with time. I do appreciate negative feedbacks, because I feel the person is real to me, for the person to say negative things about what I'm doing. I do try my best to improve on it. But that's not how some people react to negative feedbacks, they won't move on and they will have that person in their mind and see the person who gave the negative feedback as their enemy. And will be living with hatred for that person, and doing such is bad for you and your mental health. Keeping malice is not healthy for your mental state. Whenever you receive a negative feedback, be happy that someone is actually true to you and move on, because dwelling in it, won't change anything or take back the negative feedback. It's the past, let go and live in the present without any malice in your heart.
