I love the basic key you highlight here. Truth be told, the absence of a good leader always demoralizes a team. I have seen a great project died for just lack of leader to drive it forward. Such a nice post sir.
Hi friend, thanks for being here. To be successful it takes more than good ideas or a good project, in addition to that you need someone who is able to interpret the idea and make it concrete.
