There has been lots of accusations against Worldcoin, about its addition of misuse terms and conditions to Worldcoin's service agreement. Worldcoin is a worldwide crypto company, and they may be facing a fine of about $1 million.
When you convert $1 million to Argentine pesos, it's about 1 billion Argentine pesos - and that's the fine Worldcoin is facing. The accusation is about an assessment of consumer protection clauses in their contract. Worldcoin was accused of forcing its customers to accept terms and conditions that go against the national protection laws.
The accusations point that there are issues regarding the biometric data scanning systems offered by Worldcoin, especially the one regarding the data operations for minors. The biometric process has to do with using Orb devices to scan customers' iris, and other data concerning customers' faces around Argentina.
