the bible tells us that man is born for problems as surely as sparks fly upwards, that condition is characteristic of all species, what distinguishes us as human beings is the ability to learn and grow, getting up after overcoming a difficulty makes us wiser and more able to face bigger and bigger challenges, so we should not be afraid of life's challenges.
