From my point of view one of the biggest challenges for a leader is to make a group of people understand what their role in the organization is, this ability to communicate with them is essential because today it is very common for organizations to stagnate because leaders are not able to convey to their team what is expected of them and what their role is in that organization.
Hello friend, certainly leadership must be transformed from its traditional form to forms that seek to improve their areas, such as the one you explain in this comment as is to improve communication.
