Great read. Though, I'm afraid if a great technology as this would have the potency of destroying mother earth. It should never be tried.
It does feel like we are creating a future problem for ourselves. A bit like nuclear power generation where we bury the waste but no that the containment only lasts for a couple of hundred years. Future generations are going to curse us as they have to fix the problem. I can foresee a problem with the Starlink satellites that one day a future generation is going to say, why the hell did you create this mess in the atmosphere that is going to cost us to clean up.
We might be causing a future havoc for our children or we might be giving them a better life, only time will tell. Technology is improving every day.
