interesting your article friend @sandracarrascal, because today we have a little forgotten this topic, when the reality is different, because to be successful in any area of our life, we have to know how to communicate with our neighbor, in an empathetic way as you mention and of course highlighting more and more interpersonal relationships.

I agree with you we have forgotten a lot about this very important subject for all of us, if we don't know how to communicate we would not be successful in life as it is an important requirement, we will find less problems and we will be able to lead a better quality of life with our family and friends.
