I've reinstated the project website for now, as we've claimed about 7 witness slots back. I also realized that leveraging this website / project is to convince others to vote for witnesses is probably better than doing nothing.

I hope we can keep something going despite the issues. It looks like our witnesses are secure for the moment, but Justin will get more Steem if he can. If every user votes then we have a chance. I have used all my votes.
