#fruit of the season(strawberry) 23/03/2021

Hope you all will be doing well.
So todays post is about the fruit which is new in town as seasonary fruit.
Strawberry is a hybrid friut.
Which is taken by the cultivation of hybrid plant of strawberry.
In Pakistan..
Strawberry is cultivated in following regions:
Gujranwala
Qasoor
Sialkot
Nankana
And in KPK strawberry is cultivated in:
Charsadda
Peshawar
Mardan
Strawberry can be used in different food items as well.
artificial strawberry flavour is used in vast range at industrial level.
In bakery products its also used in different ways.
So basically strawberry grows in moderate regions mostly.
And punjab and KPK has most of these areas having those properties which are required for the productive cultivation of strawberry.
In October ,strawberry is grown in all over the Pakistan.
The ideal time to cultivate its field is exactly before the times of storms and threat of frost.
Benefits:
There are an excellent source of vitamins like
Vitamin C
And manganese and also contain decent amount of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium.
Strawberries are rich in antioxidants and plant compounds.
Which may have benefits for heart and blood sugar control.
They are also good for healthy and glowing skin.
Strawberries are enriched with numorous advantages for eyes and sharp eye sight.
