Jamboree Park is located in Agrabad, Chittagong. This beautiful park was officially inaugurated on September 28, 2018 by the Ministry of Housing and Public Works. Since its inauguration, it has become one of the favorite places for visitors for its green nature, fresh air and peaceful environment. I have visited this park several times before with my family and friends. Whenever any guest comes to my house, I also take them to this park.

The park is open daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM and again from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. It is considered a suitable destination for morning walks and evening relaxation.

The thing that impressed me the most about Jamboree Park is its beautiful water fountain. There are two water fountains inside the park. The sound of the flowing water and the peaceful atmosphere of this fountain gives a refreshing feeling to anyone. The entire park is very neat, clean and well maintained by several staff.
Colourful flowers
The environment here seems very natural to me due to the green plants, colorful flowers, fruits, small lakes and clean air. This is a place where people can forget their tired urban life for a while and feel the natural beauty of the village.

The most interesting things for me were the small lakes, colorful flowers, green grass and decorated fountains. Different types of flowers and plants have been planted throughout the park, which makes it more colorful and refreshing.

There are a lot of fish in the lakes, you can watch the fish play in the pond while standing. But visitors are completely prohibited from touching the water or bathing. This is absolutely necessary to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of the park.

Jamboree Park has become one of the natural attractions of Chittagong for its green environment and well-maintained. Agrabad is a commercial area of Chittagong, but this park has created a refreshing natural environment for visitors in this area.Here people can walk freely in the morning and afternoon. They can sit on the green grass and feel the rural environment. A suitable place to enjoy peaceful moments with family and friends. There is also a specific seating area for visitors, which makes this place more enjoyable .

Another interesting aspect of this park is that no hawkers, tea sellers or nut sellers are allowed inside the park. Also, vehicles like motorcycles, bicycles or skates are completely prohibited. These rules have made the park calm and peaceful.

As soon as you enter the park, you can feel a kind of peace and relaxation.I also liked that there are notices at different corners of the park asking visitors not to damage the plants or pluck the flowers. These rules help to preserve the natural beauty of the place.The park is a place where I not only feel relaxed when I go, but I can also enjoy the beauty of nature a lot when I go here. The inside view and cleanness of each corner of the park make it’s beautiful and unique.
