Olama Cafe: A Wonderful Experience of Having a Hot Cup of Coffee by the Roadside
Street-side tea and coffee stalls are an important part of daily life in Bangladesh. From morning to night, many people gather at these small stalls to enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee while chatting with friends. Today I would like to share my experience of visiting a popular hot drink stall in my area called Olama Cafe.
A close look at the tea stall

Location: Old Satkhira Road, Uttar Badda, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Opening Hours: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM
It is a small roadside café, but it is nicely arranged. Every day many people visit this place to enjoy hot drinks.

Structure and Environment
From the outside, Olama Cafe looks quite simple. However, when you step inside, the environment feels a bit different and welcoming. The walls of the shop are decorated with bamboo, which gives the place a unique and natural look. The soft lighting also makes the atmosphere quite attractive.
There are a few small tables and plastic stools where customers can sit comfortably and enjoy their tea or coffee. Although the café is not very large, it is clean and comfortable.
When I visited the café, several people were already sitting there and enjoying their drinks. The staff members were busy preparing orders for customers.

Products, Quality and Price
This café offers several types of hot drinks such as:
- Milk Tea
- Malai Tea
- Black Coffee
- Special Coffee
I ordered a cup of Special Coffee. The staff member prepared the coffee skillfully and even created a small design on top of the cup before serving it.
The taste of the coffee was strong and aromatic. Drinking a hot cup of coffee there was truly enjoyable.
The prices are also very affordable. Most drinks cost between 20 to 50 BDT, which makes it accessible for many people.
Payment Method
Usually, customers pay with cash at this shop. However, sometimes payments can also be made through mobile banking services like bKash or Nagad.
My Personal Experience
I visited this place in the evening. At that time the atmosphere was lively and full of people. Many customers were sitting with friends and enjoying tea and coffee while chatting.
Watching the coffee-making process closely was quite interesting. The staff were working quickly and efficiently to prepare the orders.
The taste of the special coffee I ordered was really good, and the whole experience was very enjoyable for me.

My favorite hot drink is coffee. I usually drink coffee about three to four times a week.

Yes, I usually like to eat biscuits or cake with coffee. It makes the experience more enjoyable.
Does this shop offer any special items?
Yes, they offer Special Coffee, Malai Tea, and toasted bread, which are not easily available in many places.
Conclusion
Overall, Olama Cafe is a great hot drink stall where you can enjoy good quality tea and coffee at an affordable price. The pleasant environment, friendly service, and delicious drinks made my visit very enjoyable.
