Today I am going to share my experience about Crisp Restaurant, located inside the popular food court Chef's Table Courtside in Dhaka. I visited this place with one of my friends while exploring different restaurants inside the food court. Among many food stalls, this restaurant easily caught my attention because of its modern outdoor setup and attractive environment.

The restaurant looked neat and stylish from the outside. Except for the kitchen and cashier section, almost everything including the seating arrangement and hand washing area was located outdoors. Even though it was an open setup, the place felt comfortable and beautifully organized.

One of the most attractive things about this restaurant was its surrounding decoration. Near the restaurant, there were several selfie spots and decorative installations. I especially liked the A-shaped structures decorated with colorful lights. During the evening, the lights made the entire place look more vibrant and eye-catching. The environment felt very lively and perfect for hanging out with friends.

Although the restaurant did not have a huge variety of food items, the available menu looked quite delicious and appealing. Their menu mainly focuses on crispy chicken items, burgers, fries, wings, and combo meals suitable for friends and families.

I also noticed that the restaurant had two separate sections named “Order Here” and “Delivery Counter.” This system looked organized and helpful for managing customers and delivery services smoothly. While taking photos, I noticed the staff members were active and attentive. Since freshly prepared food usually takes some time, customers may need to wait a little after ordering, but the staff seemed professional and well-managed.

The cleanliness of the restaurant impressed me a lot. The tables, chairs, and surrounding areas were clean and properly maintained. Since the restaurant is located inside Chef's Table Courtside, there are many other restaurants nearby, which makes the whole place more enjoyable and crowded with visitors.

During my visit, I mostly explored the restaurant and checked their menu items and environment. Although I did not order a full meal that day, the crispy chicken combos and burger deals looked very tempting. Their menu mainly focuses on fast food items that are suitable for group dining and casual hangouts.

How was the customer service and environment of the place?

The customer service seemed good and organized. The staff members were busy handling orders and maintaining the counters properly. The environment was clean, colorful, and enjoyable. The outdoor seating arrangement made the place feel more open and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the lighting decoration and nearby selfie spots. In the evening, the entire place becomes more beautiful because of the colorful lights and crowded atmosphere.

Do I think the food is worth the price?

In my opinion, the food prices are slightly high, but considering the presentation, restaurant environment, and overall experience, the prices seem reasonable. It can be a good place for spending quality time with friends and family while enjoying fast food.

Recommend tips for the restaurant to improve

I think the restaurant could become even better by adding more food varieties to the menu. Including some affordable snack options and additional beverage choices may attract more customers. Besides that, the overall environment and cleanliness were already very impressive.

My Final Opinion

Overall, I had a very nice experience exploring Crisp Restaurant at Chef's Table Courtside. I really liked the outdoor seating arrangement, lighting decoration, and lively environment. Even though the menu was not very large, the available food items looked delicious and well-presented.

It is definitely a nice place for spending time with friends, taking photos, and enjoying a pleasant evening in Dhaka. I would love to visit this place again in the future.
