How to manage health about 45 years : First post in #SAGE community

Greetings from me,

This is @alfazmalek and I'm a healthcare worker in multi-super specialty hospital. I'm working in Accident and Emergency department. I'm on #steemit since last 11 months. I came to this platform with difficulty, but on this platform, I met many people like @Jyoti-thelight, @cryptogecko, @deepak94, and @poorvik, who teach me something every day and because of them, I have progressed so much on steemit. I hope that all of you will also be friends with me and increase your engagement with each other.

This is my first post in this community, and I am not able to understand what to write, so I thought why not share the knowledge of my own medical field with all of you in this community. I want you to do a post with me every day in this community so that we all make this community our vote bank. I will not refuse the fact that there are many communities through which we can vote only by sharing our science, crypto, analysis and maths, and technology information in this community and making our account powerful with steam power. So let us go ahead and make our #SAGE family so big.

Today is the first day of my post, so I will share only some minor information which will be full of psychology and health topic. If you or your parents are more than 40 years of age, then what should you do so that their age is promoted and they can live their future life easily? Let me tell you some easy tips, which will make it easy for you to understand and you can easily give health education to your friends or your parents.

Here are some factors which are very important for human life.

Positivity and anger

None of us can deny that positivity and anger are two sides of the same coin which are born out of psychology. On one side there is a mountain and on the other side, there is a moat. Although both are difficult, it is a matter of pride to climb a mountain and it is a foolish thing to jump in a ditch. If you do any work, then always do it with faith so that you feel like working. If we get the output of a process, only then do we enjoy working, then that is why we have to show positivity in every work and have to be sure that the outcome of our hard work will be positive. If we do not know whether the outcome will come positive or not, but if we keep the spirit, then it will be a matter of pride that we were positive.

The devil which brings with it many storms and invites negativity as well. Due to anger, too many hormones of the hydrocortisone class are produced which can be harmful to the body in the future. Anger also stops the growth ahead of you and causes a lot of damage to you mentally.

Do everything with an active mind

With age, the balance of the mind starts to lose, so whenever you do any work, keep your mind calm and decide what you want to do. For every work, make a regular schedule so that your work reminds you of your time and you do your work on regular time with an active mind.

Food according to the need of the body and timely

Food comes in the primary need of man. Man needs food, clothes, and a house to live life. So the most important thing is that you have to eat the food as much as the body feels hungry. Eat as many times as you feel hungry. I have seen many times that people eat food by filling their stomachs so that they do not have to eat food, again and again, then this is a bad habit. A person should be hungry 10 times a day and then eat 10 times. But eating forcibly by filling the stomach can also lead to stomach-related diseases(Gastritis). Hit me, take nutritious food and make time to eat twice a day. Keep your meal time in such a way that even after you eat, do some work or go for a walk for about 30 minutes, then your food is also digested.

Regular exercise

The most important factor is exercise. We should get used to exercising. Exercise should be done every day. For those who are more than 40 years old, I would advise them to do yoga in most of them. Because there are many types of steps in yoga, which we call asanas and all these asanas play a different role in themselves which proves to be very beneficial for our body. If possible, then walking should be done for 3 to 4 kilometers daily, so that our body remains energetic and our nerves remain strong.

Avoid tobacco

Consumption of tobacco causes cancer, all of you must have seen it written on every product of tobacco. If you are consuming tobacco, then you may get cancer in the future, then in your growing age, you should stay away from tobacco products. Mostly I have seen that young people do not have the habit of smoking cigarettes, they get absorbed but slowly they turn into a habit. Cigarette consumption takes you from acute respiratory failure to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. So growing age, you have to stay away from the consumption of tobacco or tobacco products.
