A water bottle is a portable container that is designed to carry water or any form of liquid jews. It comes in different shapes and materials. Some are made up of plastic and others are made of steel. I do not have a water bottle, so I use the one posted for the contest. Below are the steps I have taken to draw my water bottle.
Materials for the drawing
- Plain A4 paper
- Pencil
- Colours
- Eraser
- Razoe blade
- Ruler
Step 1
I began by drawing the cover of the water bottle. I drew a rectangle with curved edges. Inside the rectangle, I drew four vertical rectangles with curved edges as shown below. I then drew another rectangular Shape with round edges attached to the cover. I use an HB pencil at this step
Step 2
Here, I drew the body of the water bottle which is cylindrical in shape. The edge is curved smoothly and beautifully as shown below. I also drew four (4) straight lines to indicate the points of calibration on the bottle. I use an HB pencil at this step
Step 3
I shaped the water bottle given it four (4) segments and I traced the entire drawing using a 2B pencil to make it look dark. I then drew a water drop in the middle of the second segment.
Step 4
I coloured the bottle cover and the second segment using a light blue colour, and I ensured that the colour is sharp enough.
Step 5
I coloured the remaining section or segment of the bottle blue but I ensured that the blue is lighter than the first one.
