Crispy Rahu Fish Fry Recipe

Marinating Fish:
First of all, we have to collect all the spices with which we have to marinate it because we have to marinate it for 24 hours in advance, so we have collected all the spices. We have to take two spoons, mix them in a blender and make a powder, then we have to wash the fish well so that the smell from inside it disappears.
When all the ingredients are ready, we have to place the fish in a large bowl and add the spices that we mixed on top of it. After making a layer of spices, we have to squeeze the lemon juice on top of it. After squeezing the lemon juice, we have to take a spoonful of garlic paste and apply it on top of it as well. In this way, we will have a layer of it.

After making one layer, we have to place the fish on top of it again. We have to sprinkle these spices on the remaining pieces as well, and then we have to pour tamarind juice on them. The tamarind has to be soaked in water for some time. When its juice is formed, we have to squeeze it on top of it. We have to add one spoon of soy sauce to it and then squeeze one spoon of lemon juice again. After adding all these things in this way, we have to mix all this fish well and then put it in a bowl and freeze it for 24 hours so that the spices are absorbed inside it.

Dipping:
After marinating it for 24 hours, we have to take gram flour and put all the same spices in it that we had put on it earlier. We have to mix them in a little bit. After mixing, we have to dip each piece of the fish that we had frozen in it, thus dipping the entire fish.

Frying:
Now it's time to fry the fish. To fry the fish, I took mustard oil and put it in a pan. I let it heat up. As soon as it got hot, I started putting the fish pieces that we had dipped in it in the gram flour one by one. When one side was cooked, I cooked the other side in the same way. This is our final step. As soon as our fish is fried, it will be completely ready.
