I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. What does power up mean? You all know why we power up our accounts on Steemit. We power up the liquid Steem so that our account is strong and our voting value increases.

If our voting percentage is high, then it will be beneficial for us that we will support other people with the help of our vote. The purpose of supporting other people is to motivate them so that they participate more actively in their work and work with hard work and dedication because people at a lower level get motivated only by seeing strong accounts. Therefore, we have to keep these small users motivated, so for this, we support them with this vote.

The benefit of this is that we get back the curation reward, the reward we get for voting. For example, when we vote for someone for $0.2, we get half of it back in the curation reward. This way we get a double benefit, one is that we are investing by powering up our own, and the other is that when we vote for others, we get a curation reward. We get this reward with the help of Steem Power.

Therefore, the stronger our account is, the more curation rewards we will get. I am close to becoming a dolphin. I hope that by the end of 2024, my dolphin will be complete and I will be called a dolphin. Therefore, I am strengthening my account further by powering up my Steem today.

Let's go now to our steps, by following which steps we can power up our Liquid Steem, so for this, first of all, we have to log in to our Steemit wallet with your username and password.

Now our account is logged in, you can see my Liquid Steem and Steem Power before powering up.

To power off the Liquids steem in your account, click on the small arrow next to the steem. You will see various options, from which you have to select the power-up option.

Now we have to write our amount here. After writing the amount we want to power up, we will click on the power-up button below.

For further confirmation, it will ask us for our memo code, but we don't need to give it here. Here we just have to confirm that the Steem we have is being powered up in our account and then we have to click on OK.

With this method, our liquid steem will be powered up. You can see that our steem power has increased. In this way, we can easily power up the steem in our account. You all must have understood.
