Hello My Steemain Friends ,

Today I am writing about an interesting topic is "I'm worried about my husband's health these days." So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic. I am going to share with you.

I'm under a lot of stress these days, which is why I'm not even able to work properly, because I can't concentrate. It's not just me; my children and my husband are also very disturbed. My husband had been having stomach problems for several days; he couldn't digest food, so we were seeing a doctor. But he wasn't getting any relief. He would feel better for a couple of days, and then the problem would start again. So this time we changed doctors. But the problem persisted. He wasn't getting proper relief, even though we had selected the best gastroenterologist.

We went to the doctor to show him that my husband wasn't getting better, and he said he would prescribe a test. He prescribed a colonoscopy. First of all, it's very expensive; the test costs ₹5000 in Indian currency.

The big problem was that he couldn't eat anything for 10 hours before the test, and the doctor had prescribed a powder to drink, which cost ₹500. He had to mix it with water and drink it so that his stomach would be completely cleaned out through bowel movements. This would ensure a clear result during the test, which was a test of the large intestine.

Just hearing this disturbed us, because being hungry for so long, surviving only on water, would obviously lead to weakness. And the procedure for this test was also a bit difficult, so we were quite scared thinking about it.

Anyway, my son took my husband for the test, which also disrupted our shop. My younger son and I were at the shop, but we couldn't do the work as well as my husband could. We were just managing. My husband couldn't eat anything, so we didn't feel like eating either. Everyone looked downcast. I forced my children to eat, telling them to eat something. Then we went for the testing, and there we found out that his stomach hadn't been completely cleared, so the testing couldn't be done that day. He had to drink the powder again. The next day, my husband spoke to the doctor, who said he shouldn't eat anything, not even drink tea, and that he should drink the powder all day to clean his stomach. That's where our biggest worry started because he had already been fasting for 10 hours.

The doctor kept him there for another 24 hours, so altogether he was there for more than a day and a half. Thank God that time period finally ended. I was feeling distressed seeing my husband, and I also had to look after the children, who were quite sad seeing their father, and my husband was feeling down seeing all of us. As soon as morning came, we were so happy, thinking, "Okay, it's just a matter of a few hours now, the testing will be done."

The doctor who performed the test said that everything was fine, just a minor problem. There was nothing to worry about, and we could relax. When my husband came out and told us, we were happy that everything was okay. Then we went to the doctor in the evening with the report, and the doctor looked at the report and said, "Oh, the entire stomach wasn't examined. The machine couldn't go all the way inside his stomach. The report clearly states that the machine couldn't proceed further inside his stomach." So he said, "Now how can I give you any medicine or suggest what you should eat or drink?"

He said, "You will have to get a CT scan of the stomach." My husband asked how much it would cost, and the doctor said it would be around ₹7500. Such an expensive test, and our shop is also being affected. I'm just praying to God that the CT scan report comes back normal.

So that our stress is reduced. My children's exams are going on, my elder son's exams are about to start, and he hasn't been able to study. Right now, I'm most worried about my husband and my son's exams. We are waiting for the CT scan report, and I'm praying to God that everything is normal in the report and there's nothing to worry about.

I can truly relate to this pains, some weeks ago I watched my lovely cousin go through severe pains that needed surgery, it wasn't an easy experience but right now, she is stable. I know that of your husband's health will get stabilized. Sometimes, our health will just trigger and tell us we need to rest and be selective of things we should do, that doesn't mean the world is on you. I am praying for you and your kids, your husband will be fine.
