Today I will write about a new blog that I have never written before. For the past year, we have been thinking about setting up a machine for our factory to automatically bundle TMT rods. 50% of the machine setup work was completed a year ago. But to complete the entire work, a big budget was required, so the work was stopped. A decision was taken two months ago that the work should be completed. This issue has been discussed several times with our office PLC engineers. Finally, the meeting was successful. The panel was given to be made in October 2025 and was completed on December 11, 2025. Two drives are installed in this panel; these drives were brought directly from India. ABB drives, made by our office engineers.

This panel is coming to the factory at a time when I will be leaving the office. What else can I do? Since this is my department's work, I have to see the physical. This panel cannot be lowered anywhere, because it is very heavy. We have a Pioneer crane in a warehouse, located some distance from the office. I went there and took some pictures. Because I took pictures as proof that I went there.

I thought the electrical equipment used on the front side was sufficient. The engineer asked me to go to the back side. After opening the door on the back side, I saw that 6 reactors were set up here. Two cable connections are provided in each reactor; the connection on one side is the input, and the connection on the other is the output. However, I noticed one thing that they worked in such a way that it seemed like they were imported from India by LC. There are 6 fuses installed on the upper back side. All the connections on the back are connected to the main drive. So I took pictures of all of them. Because it will take time to turn on this panel. If there is any problem, later you can tell what was on the panel.

This is the cooling fan on the top of the panel. This fan keeps the entire panel cool while it is running. The cooling fan is set up so that there is no problem if this panel runs for 24 hours. I went inside the panel and took a picture of the cooling fan. I took pictures of the top and the inside. In short, I took a picture of the entire panel on my mobile so that I could explain how I received it when I turned it on.
