Video — My First Food Experiment — Garri Sticks et Chocolate

It's actually surprising to see me commit myself to doing recipe stuff every Tuesday and I kinda like it because I get to experiment with new recipes and new methods of cooking.

So for a learning challenge where we were told to use just 3 ingredients in cooking, I decided to try and experiment by using the Eba or Garri people usually eat with soup to make baked snacks. That was hilarious and I was scared it wasn't going to turn out well.

I did the explanation already in this post. It's just to show you how I did it in video tutorials. Like I said, I was scared at first because I've not fried what has already been fried before, especially Garri, this particular Garri. After making it look like flour and frying it in hot oil in a deep fry, it became golden brown and came out well. My brother loved it and was craving for more. I ate it with chocolate to make sense.

The whole process was time consuming to be honest. It really took my time and energy, but it came out well. My mentor was even proud of me. What's one weird recipe you've done or what is that weird food combination you've done? Is it spaghetti pasta with beans or white rice with tea?

A delicious meal indeed, The combination of garri sticks and chocolate sounds unusual, but it looks worth trying. I never imagined garri could be combined with chocolate in this way. It came out amazing, and I hope to see more creative recipes from you soon. Well done
