So guys, today I am going to share some informations about Curry leaves.
I am right if I say that curry leaves are a plant that we all consume a lot in our daily life. In fact, curry leaves which are definitely used for flavoring food are not only flavoring agent. The reason I am saying that is that these days curry leaves are also used a lot in cosmetics.
So, both girls and boys love to have healthy hair. Also, premature hair loss and baldness have become a common problem faced by the majority of people nowadays. So curry leaves are a good solution for this condition.
Also, curry leaves are a powerful medicine because we can get rid of many diseases by using curry leaves.
The curry plant (Murraya Koenigii) is botanically known as Murraya Koenigii and belongs to the Rutaceae family. And curry is a plant that can be planted in any climate. The flowers of the curry tree, leaves, stems, all have a good fragrance. Curry seeds are mainly used for planting.
Also, after the bones made in the tree fall to the ground, they start sprouting under the trees. Some plants grow from the roots of the parent plant. Curry is an easy plant to grow. By pruning the tree of the well-grown plant, more branches and leaves can be obtained.
Curry leaves are really a wonderful plant. Because many diseases can be recovered by curry leaves. By eating curry leaves, diabetes control, cholesterol control, blood pressure reduction, weight loss, wound healing, and many diseases related to intestines, To eliminate skin diseases, reduce stress, hemorrhoids, empty stomachs, cure various diseases, say or not, curry leaves, seeds, flowers, stem juices have an indescribable value.
We can eat curry in many ways. Curry leaves are usually used as the main ingredient in cooking meat and fish
In the same way, when making curry sambola, grind it on a stone or in a blender and add garlic, green chilies, salt and scallions and mix it well with lime and eat it. You can make this sambol without onion and keep it in the fridge for two or three days. So we usually eat curry leaves like this in our house.
Similarly, it is mentioned in the book that boiling curry leaves and drinking water can reduce high blood pressure.
Apart from frying the curry sambol in oil, add pieces of chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and some sugar to it and after soaking it well, it can be kept in a bottle and eaten. It can be called curry leaves paste. It is very beneficial as it contains many types of trinity.
Curry leaves paste can be made entirely from curry powder. Or you can add kavalam leaves with curry leaves and make nests.
Also, curry leaves can be fried in heavy oil, cashew nuts, garlic, cashew nuts, chili flakes, etc. and made into bites. This is very popular among Sri Lankans.
Similarly, when my mother prepares fried three-paha powder at home, she also adds curry leaves by frying and powdering them because of the taste and their properties.
