The Diary Game: Cleaning Routine For The Weekend (28/03/2026)

I start my cleaning routine from the living room to the kitchen today because my daughter is home and not occupied with loads of assignments as their school is having holiday and she’s done with her exams. I made it a team work with her. She takes care of the rooms and toilets. While I clean the living room and the kitchen. I explain with examples how she’ll do that and she understood the explanation. I sweep the living room and mop it and clean the furnitures. As I’m about mopping I told her to come take pictures of me.

While I was mopping the living room, my daughter was sweeping the rooms. I made it a habit with her, I told her for now we’ll both take part in cleaning until I have help around. I don’t have any yet so we’ll be doing the cleaning till we have or find one. When I’m done mopping the living room and dining space, I went to check my daughter, she has already mop my room and she’s cleaning the toilet. I applaud her and took a picture of her.

I went to the kitchen to wash the dishes and mop as well . I start with wiping the oil and leftover food in the plate out and pour it in a container and I clean the pot using iron sponge to scrap the burnt part out and pour into the container. I get the plate ready to wash and pour the dirt in the container outside. Thereafter I wash the container and put soap in side one part I’d sink and added water and i star washing. I called my daughter to come take pictures of me as I’m washing .

I took a picture of the living room when I’m done washing the plate before mopping the kictchen. The view of the living room felt comfortable and serene and I couldn’t take my eyes of it after the cleaning. I took a picture and went to the kitchen to get the mopping done, I dispose the dirts the bin basket out and clean up the space where the basket are kept. I place the plate on the sink for it to dry off and put in the plate rack.
