Newcomers on Steemit must have more than just the ability to write to be successfulsteemCreated with Sketch.

Namaste Steem Family,

In my opinion, being a good writer has always been an essential quality for surviving on Steem. The insecurities I had regarding my English skills contributed to my low self-esteem. Having never been a writer, I thought Steem would not be suitable for me, but I have since realized that Steem is not only for writers. Although excellent writers can achieve success on Steem, this is not a guarantee.

In light of this, it is necessary to ask what factors contribute to a person's Steemit performance.

There is no complicated process, and your success will depend on your ability to follow instructions...

However, despite the fact that it is a straightforward and simple process, many people fail to achieve success. It is now much easier to find materials to help newcomers understand how to thrive in the Steem ecosystem than when I first joined.

Initiatives such as the newcomers community are also offering guidance to newcomers regarding how to make the most of the platform. There are some country representatives, such as @deepak94, who have a unique approach to guiding newcomers.

Despite the fact that gaining visibility on Steem requires a great deal of perseverance, I believe it is extremely easy to survive on the platform.

I am afraid that you may be mistaken if you believe that your failure to achieve success on Steem can be attributed to your inability to write well. There is a possibility that the problem is not your content itself, but rather the fact that you must have forgotten to do something, or, to be more precise, you failed to follow simple instructions that you were given.

In the past few years, I have had the pleasure of mentoring a number of people on Steem, and I am able to see those who are doing well and those who aren't doing so well. In light of this, I have come to the conclusion that excellent writing skills are not necessary for success on Steemit.

It may give you an advantage, but if you do not follow simple instructions from someone who has experience, it is unlikely that you will be able to produce anything useful for yourself.

Let us now turn our attention to the most important question.

Are simple instructions hard to follow? What's so difficult about following a simple instruction?

As I do not have a clear understanding of the reason for their decision, I suspect that it is due to their belief that there is a shortcut that can be taken. There is often a sense of distrust in the process or the belief that the instructions are not as simple as they seem to be.

In any situation, you should never doubt the process, irrespective of your position in the ecosystem. There is no guarantee that taking the shortest route will lead to a positive outcome. An ancient saying states "Even a word is sufficient for the wise." which encompasses all of the above statements.

THE FACT THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW SOMETHING DOES NOT IMPLY THAT YOU CAN'T LEARN IT?

There are many of you who believe that you do not need to improve your writing skills. You are at the right place if you feel justified and apprehensive about this belief. I am not implying that you cannot improve your writing skills if you do not possess a strong grasp of the English language.

A person's capacity for learning leads to a process of development and growth, and this is an essential characteristic of a human being.

Without taking the time to learn, to improve, and most importantly, to follow instructions, I would not have been able to achieve my current level of proficiency. I would highly suggest that rather than simply feeling comfortable where you are, try to be pushed by a desire to learn more and more regardless of where you are.

IT WOULD BE EASIER AND MORE EFFECTIVE TO BE CURIOUS AND ASK QUESTIONS

Unfortunately, many people do not have a mentor when they first join Steem, and will not be familiar with the platform's rules and procedures. There is a significant role played by curiosity and questioning in this process.

Without asking questions, you will never be able to determine what is the most appropriate course of action...

There can be times when you are unsure what to do or don't know what to do and it's perfectly acceptable to ask a question or to leave a comment on someone else's post instead of just following your instincts and doing what you think is right to do.

You will never know if the person you meet has a solution for your problem unless you are willing to ask them, regardless of whether or not they have a solution.

THE INSPIRATIONAL REASON FOR THIS ARTICLE

During a previous conversation, someone expressed the opinion that a lady would be successful on Steem because she was a writer before joining. After reflecting on this, I remembered the number of writers whom I had helped learn about Steem but who had left Steem after joining, despite being very competent writers.

When I thought about this, I realized that many of the people I have brought into Steem and who have done well were not writers prior to Steem. I needed to determine what the reason for this was. Due to this experience, I realized that success always revolves around following a few simple instructions.

Additionally, it is possible that there have been other people who have given up as well. These individuals have most likely given up due to the fact that they lacked knowledge about the procedure and became impatient with it.

It is also possible that they thought that they could circumvent the system by posting and paraphrasing online content in the hope that everything would work out, but I can assure you that will not be the case, and it will certainly not be possible to game the system.

FINAL WORDS & RECOMMENDATIONS

As far as I am concerned, the message conveyed by the content presented herein is adequate for the reader. It does not matter whether this article has raised a critical point, triggered a specific thought in your mind, or perhaps requires some adjustment, you already know what to do.

Let me share a secret with you. We Indians only criticize each other for grammatical mistakes openly. I have been writing for last 15 years on various websites (not crypto sites but sites like Hubpages etc.) but no one said a word about my mistakes (maybe they said but never told me).

Writing is all about expressing yourselves and as long your message reaches to your audience, you're good to go. Nice one...👍

Congratulations!

I agree with your point . Start Writing a blog is a big deal. But everyone thinks that if I write then there should not be a slight mistake. So that's way they not start writing.
No work is ever ideal, if you find fault then many mistakes can be found. That's why it is important to write the post first.

I agree with you because our opinions are what we think. Language is not a barrier here to convey what we think, you can write in any language, and if necessary, translate it into English and post it.
