Steemit's monthly engagement challenge is an excellent way to engage our content creators and authors, and we thank the Steemit team for providing this opportunity.

Our community and our authors will remain active, motivated, and competitive throughout the month as a result of this monthly selection. Communities like ours are encouraged to go the extra mile to ensure our community members receive the best care because of such challenges in the past.

The community account has grown rapidly over the course of the time we've been running it. Without the help of theme curators, Steemit team members, and HindWhale management, this would not have been possible.

Recent months have seen many changes to the Steemit platform, and many new communities have been created, each aiming to cater to a specific niche. We hope to be selected for the challenge and contribute to its development and refinement as we move forward.

Purpose Of The HindWhale Community

Designed to serve all Steem users who want to grow their accounts and want to engage with other members, the HindWhale community has been set up as a general community for all Steem users. As a community, we began with the purpose of serving as a lighthouse to guide users toward achieving their goals.

A newcomer generally finds the entire experience overwhelming and does not know where to begin. HindWhale gives every newbie the attention and guidance they need and is guided throughout their journey by the community team.

We have the following missions and visions for our community on Steem:

Mission: The onboarding of new users and the education of existing users are essential for the long-term retention of both new and existing users. In order to achieve this, we aim to create a positive environment that encourages people to work together and to help one another.

Vision: Steem blockchain should be everyone's number one choice for any social media needs they may have. Every person who joins us is ensured a better life than he or she had before.

In this way, everyone on HindWhale has the opportunity to share their content with the world. Our members are regularly involved in contests, but we also encourage them to take part in creative activities to keep them engaged.

A Brief History of HindWhale Community

As a result of a long dispute between the admins of Steem India, HindWhale community was created in order to detach ourselves from the country's community and establish a community that could serve a wider niche and a broader audience.

Since then, we have successfully run this community and have welcomed many new users who regularly contribute to it. Additionally, the main curation account of our community has been a source of encouragement for many members, since it has been constantly growing in Steem power and helping members out.

HindWhale Community posts are checked for plagiarism, club status tags, whether or not they have been verified by a moderator, whether they belong to a theme tag, whether or not the theme curator ignored them, whether or not the post has been marked as Steemit Exclusive, or whether or not the country tag has been applied.

How We Help Members With Quality

Among all aspects of the community, HindWhale places a high value on improving the quality of its members. HindWhale's team has published many posts offering advice to help users in the HindWhale ecosystem improve the quality of their posts.

A constant focus of our Google meet-ups has been to guide authors on how to write quality blogs posts, and the purpose of this meet-up was to help authors understand the importance of quality in their posts and how they can create more quality content using research methods. In order to ensure that there was an increase in quality posts in the community, we wanted to do our best to ensure that this was achieved.

Reasons We Should Be Selected

Users from a variety of communities and nationalities participate in our contest posts, so our contest posts are always well received by our users. Our community has between 50 and 60 active members, and we have often reached 100 members.

  • To summarize, this community has a great deal of potential to influence everybody in our community and users of other communities positively.

  • By constantly guiding users, we aim to increase the popularity of the Steemit platform around the globe.

  • We have established a clear vision and mission statement for growing the Steem ecosystem.

  • HindWhale is always attempting to organize contests relating to Steem growth, and these contests are well received by the community.

  • Our moderators and administrators have extensive experience in their fields, so we maintain our community well.

  • In organizing contests in the past, we have learned many things, including that we come up with interesting topics when it comes to contests, so people from other countries are also interested in participating.

Conclusion

It is our pleasure to express our gratitude to the Steemit team for the support they have provided the HindWhale community. To provide a better environment for everyone, we intend to implement appropriate plans and projects to take our community to the next level. With the possibility of being selected for this phase, we will be able to achieve bigger milestones in the future.

We trust the Steemit team's judgment. It is our hope that the review panel will respond favorably to our application above and that we will receive a positive response. In advance, we would like to thank you for giving our entire community the opportunity to participate in this event.
