The Diary Game: My day's experience (25/5/26)

Hi awesome steemians, It was yet another beautiful day. Although the day started cold due to rain falls, activities have been hauled some postponed some cancelled. My morning started with mixed thoughts of can I go out today or stay back home as it was raining. As my activities were preplanned the rain had its own plans.

My morning prayers were said then commence a fast home cleaning routine, which follow immediately with my bathing. As everything has to be done on time, I prepared a light breakfast to aid in boosting my energy also to console me from the cold. I then stepped out and off I go.

With the rain drops reducing I stepped out only to met the welcome parade organized by the flood. I'm not ignorant of the fact that my estate gets flooded when it rains but was hopeful that it won't be as bad as it use to be. My hope came as a result of the weekly sanitation that is always carried out but apparently the act yielded little or no result this time.

Luckily for me I happen to find a bike which I climbed and we managed to cross through the flood to the other side. This turn out of event makes me wonder who's fault is it that this happens? What are the responsibilities of the estate management? What is the estate levies used for? Also what is the government but local and state doing?

Thanks to God I got to the office though a bit wet but still with full focus. I pray employers see the desire and commitments employees put to show up at work daily. Some jobs isn't about the pay but the passion in doing it.
