First of all I want to thank @jyoti-thelight who organized this wonderful contest in #hindwhale community.

Today I have come to participate in the 28th week of Food Diary Game Contest in hindwhale community.

I am very happy to participate in this contest.

Through this competition, I have once again got a chance to share my food diary. I am sharing my food diary of 1st December with all of you. And I hope that you all will like my food diary as always.

In our house, due to Sunday being a holiday, everyone wants a special breakfast.

So I made this special breakfast by making potato kachori.

Breakfast :

On 1st December, I made potato kachori for breakfast. For this, I grated boiled potato and added some spices to it and prepared the stuffing.
Then I added salt to wheat flour and made a dough of it and made small balls of it. And after filling potato stuffing inside it, i deepfried the kachoris.

Everyone in my house likes kachoris very much. Everyone enjoyed the kachoris with great love.

Lunch:

I made Kadhi rice for lunch.

Kadhi pakoda and rice with it is a special Punjabi food of our country India.

Everyone likes this food very much. To make the curry, gram flour is mixed in buttermilk and some spices are added to it and then it is sprinkled with fenugreek seeds and spices.

When the curry boils, pakodas made of gram flour are added to it.

Now this curry is cooked on low flame for 2 to 2 and1/2 hours , which makes its taste very good.

This sour curry made of buttermilk and gram flour and rice with it, really tastes very delicious.

This is a super tasty food.

Evening snacks :

When we felt a little hungry while watching a movie in the evening, I thought of making caramel popcorn for everyone.

The children took out of the fridge and ate pastries and choco lava cakes.

I took a packet of popcorn and put it in a pressure cooker and roasted it.

I use butter to make caramel popcorn.

Today when I opened the fridge and saw, the butter was finished.

I took out the cream from the milk and prepared butter by whipping it.

This is how I made super healthy butter at home.

Then I put two spoons of sugar in a pan and when the sugar melted, I added butter.

And I prepared caramel popcorn by adding roasted popcorn to it.

My husband and my children like this caramel popcorn very much.

That is why whenever we watch a movie together, I often make caramel popcorn for all of us.

Dinner:

At night, no one wanted to eat much for dinner.

So I prepared a simple vegetable by mixing cabbage, carrots and potatoes.

Make hot parathas with it.

So friends, this was my food diary for the whole day, some photos of which I am sharing with you all.

All these photos have been taken from my own camera.

Kadhi chawal is my favourite too... it has been many year i have not eaten Aloo kachori ... Soon gonna enjoy it..
