The Diary Game: Doing My Duties As A Mother And Wife(10-06-2026)

Greetings to you all my brothers and sisters on Steemit platform. I am @emarchy, a newcomer ona this platform. I want to share my Wednesday's activities with you before going back to bed. I woke you by 6am in the morning and prayed for ten minutes before I left the room to do my house chores. I swept the compound half way before my daughter woke up and helped me to complete it and I went into the kitchen to make food which my children will eat to school.

When the food was ready, I dished for my children before going into the bathroom to take my bath. I thought they would finish eating before I was out of the bathroom but they were fanning the food to make it cold cos it was too hot for them to eat and I checked the time to know if they had any more time left. I gave them ten minutes more to round up eating before I dressed my last born and took him and the sister to school. I dished my food to eat when I returned and as I went into the parlour to eat, I heard my husband's voice so I went to meet him and welcome him home as he was returning from work.

After welcoming my husband, I dished and served his food and took it to the parlour also where I put my food into his tray too and joined in eating. My husband brought out some clothes to wash and because, he was just retuning from work, I helped him to do the washing so he could rest. I finished and went inside to have my rest too until it was time to pick the children from school.

I returned from picking the kids from school, gave them a bath and served them lunch. I allowed them to relax and towards evening, I requested for their school bags which they brought and I assessed their books to check their performance. I prepared dinner in the evening and after eating, I was overwhelmed by sleep and decided to take a short sleep before I woke up to write.
