The Diary Game: 9th August 2026 — A Simple Sunday of Church, Work and Cooking

Hello everyone! 👋 It is another beautiful Sunday, and today I decided to share a little about how my day went. It was not a very busy or exciting day, but I still had a few things to do, and I enjoyed the little moments that came with them.

I woke up this morning and the first thing I did was brush my teeth and take my bath. After getting ready, I had a cup of tea before leaving for church.

I had a simple breakfast before leaving. It was just tea, bread and egg, but it was more than enough to use and start my morning. ☕🍞

After that, I left for church. Sundays are usually a time for me to relax, worship and spend some time with God, so I was so happy to start my day that way.

After church, I took a picture with one of my friends before we headed back home. We were both looking happy after church, and of course, we had to take a picture to keep the memory. 😍

When I got back home, I remembered that I promised my client that I would submit his design to him today. So, instead of me resting immediately, I decided to quickly work on the design.

I opened my laptop and got to work. I spent a whole lot of time working on it until I was satisfied with what I had done. I was happy that I was able to keep to my promise and get the design ready for my client. Sometimes, if i am working on something when i am already tired can be stressful, but seeing the finished work makes everything worth it.

After finishing the design, I rested for a little while. I was already thinking about what I would eat, and that was when I decided to cook beans. 😂

I went to the kitchen, prepared the beans and put it on fire. While the beans was cooking, I had some time to relax and do other little things around the house.

After some time, the beans was finally ready. I dished out my food and honestly, I was happy to finally eat. 😂 There is something about cooking your own food and finally sitting down to eat it after waiting for it to finish cooking.

Today was basically a simple Sunday for me. I went to church, spent some time with my friends, worked on a design for my client and ended the day by cooking and eating my own food.

It may not sound like a very busy day, but these simple everyday moments are actually what make up my lives. I also enjoy taking pictures of these moments because someday, I will look back and remember how my days used to be. ❤️
