The diary game:a meeting with the house barrister (19/6/2026)

Hello besties it promise okon known as @emmahwealth on steemit, how is everyone doing, so today I will be narrating to everyone how my day went.

First thing today is when I woke up, I pray because is our family doctrine, then after that I went on with my house chores before I went in to bath, after bath I dress and my friend called me if I'm done so we can go meet the barrister for the house clarification and payment, after dressing I went out to meet her at a destination she asked me to meet her, there she booked bolt for us to go meet the barrister and we arrived just in time and we meet the barrister at his office.

When we meet the barrister he asked us to sit down and we did then he started by bringing out the tenancy agreement of alot of agreements and some certain disagreements, telling my friend not to be bringing unnecessary friends into the compound and lots more, while I was just seated there listening to their discussion and yeah I forgot the barrister asked us to introduce ourselves then we did and he continue with the tenancy agreement discussion with my friend .

Then after they barrister come in conclusion with his discussion with my friend and the agent then took over so they agent can bargain the agent fee percentage with my friend and they both wey talking and arguing, when I try to give my own opinion I wasn't given the chance to so I rest by keeping quiet, till they both were done but they both still didn't end up with a good conclusion of their bargaining.

Since they both Didn't end up with a proper bargaining conclusion so my friend say we should go back and yeah the agent was in a rush to leave so my friend said she's going to chat him on WhatsApp to conclude their bargaining, then we stood up and leave the premises and we booked another ride to take us home.
