(13/10/2024) been Sunday was a beautiful and lovely day made by God. I woke up happyly and strong. I prayed with my family and we appreciate God for the day and started preparing breakfast for the day while my wife was bathing my daughter for church service.

Breakfast

Taking breakfast every morning is very good because it boost energy that will help me run for the day before my lunch and this faithful Sunday morning was fried egg, bread and tea before we went to church for service.

Breakfast is always good because it makes one productive alert all day and the best time is 6:00 to 10am or less than that before dinner time and when one skip breakfast he or she is promoting diabetes etc.

Lunch
I always love to take food that will add weight to my immune system for lunch because eating lunch will add more energy to my body and also raise blood sugar levels when I focus and concentration because I need it after what I took in the morning and as a family man, my wife want me to add weight. I took Okro soup and semolina.

Dinner
I always like to take light food before bed time because it reduce my stress level and brings family bond. It makes my family happy and my daughter do learn table manners during dinner time. Dinner improve health and it improves mood and sleep. My dinner was chicken pepper soup and white rice.
