Plants cannot cure every disease

I saw a tweet a few minutes ago by a lady and she that talks about how every disease has a plant that can cure it and the earth as having a cure for everything. It's either conspiracy or not exactly true.

We have plants like Moringa that can bring relief to some illness but it's not a solution to everything.

If there truly is a plant or something to cure every disease, then why are we still trying to find cures for so many illnesses as of 2026? Is it that governments and business men have agreed behind the scenes to keep us from the truth? If that was the case we would have figured it out by now because most of the farmers that use these leaves to cure will see it as a business opportunity and reveal the secret a long time ago.

Maybe there are just not enough cures to go around, or it could also be that some of these cures have been hidden or lost to time. I don't see this as just a question of laboratories.

Science does exist but many people do not want to accept it because it often looks like chemicals and we seem to have the notion that it's poisonous because it's not from the earth.

The earth is not clean and a leaf may taste very bitter, there's this notion predominant in Africa that the more bitter it is, the stronger it is as a cure. It being very bitter does not mean it can or will cure a kidney problem. Who tested all the different types of grasses located in forests? No one.

If all things would have been created by God, then malaria would be eliminated. Yet the mosquitoes continue to bite us.
Could it be that the source of the plant is uncommon? Or perhaps we are living in an imperfect world which is why diseases have no end. I become weary when I see these kinds of posts online. The scientist and his lab are not the enemies. The lab is merely a structure containing laboratory equipment.
