The beginning of the day was very beautiful, the weather got colder and it was raining lightly, my intention was to make aloo methi bhujia with corn bread in the morning, but I didn't even have to make aloo methi bhujia, my neighbour made and sent the curry to me, After sending the kids to school I got busy with housework. After cleaning and doing the dishes, I focused on cooking. Cooking is not as difficult as thinking about what to cook. , because of corn bread I had planned to make in the morning, so I got busy cooking bread as soon as I went to the kitchen.

Making cornbread is not that difficult. First, take two cups of corn flour and sift it through a sieve to remove any pebbles, worms, etc.

Sift the flour and keep it in a separate bowl and add a spoonful of salt to it.

Add a cup of plain flour to the corn flour

Now add a spoonful of cooking oil or ghee to the flour mixture and mix well.

Step 5

When all the dry ingredients are combined, take a cup of hot water and whisk it through the hot water using a whisker. Be careful not to add too much water, otherwise the batter will become thin and the shape of the bread will not be correct.

Make a thick batter and spread on greased pan evenly. A

Turn it aside after it is golden brown in colour.

Take it off the flame and brush butter hot. Our delicious corn flatbread is ready to serve.🙂
