The diary game. Rain, Relief, and the True Feel of Winter in the Valley

Hello, dear friends! How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and enjoying your time with your loved ones, no matter where you are. Today, I want to share another day of my life with you all. I hope you find some time to read my post and that you find it enjoyable enough to upvote.

All the people living in the valley felt a sense of relief because of the rainfall that blessed the entire region after a very long spell of dryness. Due to this prolonged dry weather, people had been suffering from various health ailments like cold, cough, and flu-like conditions. It was only yesterday that the rain started, and now the weather has finally taken on true winter vibes. The precipitation not only brought moisture but also peace of mind to the majority of people living in the valley. Because of this calmness, I slept so deeply in the early morning that my mother had to wake me up.

After getting up, I freshened myself and performed ablution to prepare for prayers. Only after offering my prayers and making wishes at the end did I return home. I went straight back to bed to stay warm and avoid facing the cold again, and I got up only when breakfast was ready. As soon as I stepped outside later, I again enjoyed spending some time outdoors, as the weather had turned extremely beautiful and attractive. This was the time when winter actually felt like winter, and the precipitation made it truly worthwhile. The fog covered the entire area and reflected happiness among the people. Poor people were overwhelmed with joy, and so was I.

Unfortunately, I had forgotten to keep my bicycle and lawnmower in the shed. Both had gotten wet, and I was worried they might get damaged, which is quite common in winters. Water does not evaporate easily from cold surfaces, and this often leads to rusting of metal parts. As soon as I remembered, I got up and took my bicycle back to the shed.

After that, I decided to go out and spend some time with my friend in the market, where he owns a shop. I usually sit there with him, and there is no issue of facing the cold because he has installed a heating blower right beside his chair. It feels very comfortable to sit there, enjoy the warmth, and spend time with him. We have been together since childhood, and sharing such moments is always a treat for us.

Later, I returned home, and it turned out to be a happy day for all of us. My sister-in-law had prepared some tasty dishes and sauces for dinner. We enjoyed having dinner together, and after spending some time on Snapchat and other social media apps, I finally went to sleep late at night, around 12:30 AM.
