Today I got the opportunity to visit Khalisha Chapani Fazil (Degree) Madrasa. It is a well-known and important educational institution located in Khalisha Chapani area of Dimla Upazila of Nilphamari district of Bangladesh. For a long time, this madrasa has been providing integrated education of religious and modern education to local students. Its role in the expansion of higher education in the area is very important. It was established with the help of local educationists, prominent people of the society and donors. Many students are contributing to various fields of the country by studying from here.

The infrastructural facilities of this educational institution are quite suitable for the students. The classrooms of the madrasa are spacious and well-designed for light and air circulation. Each classroom has adequate seating arrangements, so that students can take lessons. Since there is electricity connection, fans and other electrical facilities can be used, which gives relief to students during the hot season. The institution is also quite conscious about security. The safety of students is ensured due to specific boundary walls, entrances and supervision of teachers and staff. There is also a playground in the madrasa, where students participate in sports and various cultural activities. The field plays an important role in the physical and mental development of students. Various national days, sports competitions and religious events are also organized here.

The environment of Khalisha Chapani Fazil (Degree) Madrasa is very calm, clean and suitable for education. The environment is full of natural beauty as there are many trees around the madrasa. Open air and green environment give mental peace to students. The noise or pollution of excess vehicles in the city is comparatively less here, so students can study with concentration. Cleanliness and environmental awareness are also encouraged among students. The surrounding greenery becomes more attractive during the rainy season, which helps in creating a beautiful learning environment.

According to my personal experience, several important initiatives can be taken to further improve this educational institution. Firstly, modern technology-based education systems such as multimedia classrooms and computer labs need to be further enriched. Secondly, a rich library and increased digital learning opportunities will benefit students more. In addition, more trees can be planted on the campus, improved drainage systems can be created, and regular environmental maintenance activities can be initiated. Creating additional opportunities for sports and cultural activities will further enhance the talent development of students. Above all, increasing the training of teachers and the use of modern teaching methods can help the institution become a more advanced educational institution in the future.
