Morning:

Today is Friday, a holiday of the week. I spend this day very busy. I got out of bed early today. The sun peeks through the green leaves in the morning. And if this winter morning starts with steaming steamed pitha, then it is not bad. Steamed pitha is a tasty breakfast option. Pitha-puli has played an important role in the folk history and tradition of Bengalis since ancient times. Pitha is generally known as a winter delicacy and is loved by Bengali society as a delicious food. This morning I made a delicious steamed pitha made of new rice flour and date molasses.

Lunch:

Today, Friday, I spent time happily with everyone like an Eid day. After eating breakfast, I started preparing lunch. Because on Friday, after the Friday prayers, the whole family will eat together. Today, I prepared beef biryani with chicken roast for lunch. There was also a fried boiled egg with biryani. After cooking, I cooked, then prayed and took a bath. Then the whole family sat together and enjoyed lunch with great fun.

Afternoon snack:

After lunch, I rested for some time. After resting, I refreshed myself and prayed Asr's prayers. After Asr's prayers, I arranged a light tea snack. This afternoon, the tea and breakfast arrangement consisted of milk tea, bread, black jam sweets, and delicious semolina ice cream made by me. After a light breakfast in the afternoon, I walked on the roof of the house for some time in the late afternoon. When I come to the roof at this time of the afternoon, some unique scenes catch my eye. For example, the sunset can be seen and at the end of the day, the birds flock to their nests.

Evening snack:

After finishing the Maghrib prayer in the evening, I made a delicious Thai soup for the whole family. It takes five minutes to cook ready-made Thai soup. This has significant positive effects on both adult and child health. Hot soup will fill the body and mind on a winter evening.

Dinner:

Today, I have prepared boiled flour bread for dinner. Chicken broth with hot bread. The fiber and protein in bread are very beneficial for our health. For dinner, bread is a fantastic choice. Because light food helps in quick digestion.

I am extremely grateful to the great creator for this beautiful day. Maintaining your health is crucial to leading a fulfilling life. Additionally, you must consume safe water and a portion of balanced food to keep healthy.
