Application Steemit Challenge Season 32 || Traditional Milkshakes that beat the heat

in Hindwhale Community17 days ago (edited)

Greetings @steemitblog

According to the Announcement of SC SEASON 32 invitation, the Steemit Challenge Season 32 will begin, and I consider it is a great opertunity to share my culinary prowess with my fellow Steemains this season. Numerous teams have been used, and I'm hoping that this new season will be more successful and efficient.

Since our country is situated in a tropical zone, cold beverages are extremely popular here. Dating back to ancient times, a wide variety of drinks have been prepared and served specifically to keep the body cool. Milkshakes, too, have long been a part of this tradition. I take great pride in introducing you to some of these "Traditional Milkshakes".

The subject to be covered

In this season, for six consecutive weeks, I am going to describe to you a variety of milkshakes. Each week, in addition to providing a unique milkshake recipe, I will also share details regarding its health benefits and nutritional profile. I hope you find this helpful. There is no doubt that they serve as our country's traditional beverages while simultaneously being healthy.

Week- 1: Badam Paal

I am going to teach you how to make Badam Paal( Almond Milkshake) with its recipe for the first week. Almond milk is one of India's traditional cold beverages. It is a blend prepared by grinding dried almonds and mixing them with cold milk and the requisite amount of sugar. If desired, soaked Sabja seeds (sweet basil seeds) may also be added; this helps to cool the body and alleviate heat.

Week- 2: Mango Mastani

I am going to teach you how to make Mango Mastani with its recipe for the 2nd week. Mango Mastani is prepared by blending ripe mangoes with chilled milk, adding sugar to taste, and—optionally—incorporating Sabja seeds before serving. Preparing and consuming this beverage during the current mango season is beneficial for one's health, as it is considered an excellent practice to nourish the body with the specific fruits and produce native to each respective season.

Week- 3 : Banana Milkshake

I am going to teach you how to make a banana milkshake with its recipe for the 3rd week. A banana milkshake or banana smoothie is prepared by blending ripe bananas with cold milk and adding sugar to taste. If desired, ice cream and various fruit pieces may also be added. Since it combines the flavor of bananas with milk, it is both a healthy and refreshing beverage.

Week- 4 : Pineapple Milkshake

I am going to teach you how to make Pineapple Milkshake milkshake with its recipe for the 4th week. A Pineapple Milkshake is prepared by blending pineapple and cold milk, adding the desired amount of sugar, and finishing it off with ice cream and a drizzle of dryfruits and pineapple syrup. It is a favorite among children and, at the same time, helps to beat the heat.

Week- 5 : Apple Rose Milkshake

I am going to teach you how to make Apple Rose Milkshake with its recipe for the 5th week. An Apple Rose Milkshake is a blend prepared by combining apple pieces, soaked basil seeds (Sabja), and rose essence with chilled milk. The addition of sugar makes it a delicious and refreshing beverage. Furthermore, the inclusion of basil seeds provides a cooling effect to the body and helps regulate body heat.

Week- 6: Dry Fruits Milkshake

The last and 6th week , I am going to teach how to make a Dry Fruits Milkshake. The Dry Fruits Milkshake is a healthy Indian drink made by blending almonds, cashews, pistachios, dates, and cold milk. This creamy beverage is loaded with energy, protein, and important nutrients, making it a great way to start a healthy day. The mix of soaked dry fruits and milk gives it a thick, smooth texture with natural sweetness. It is often flavored with cardamom or saffron, which adds a lovely aroma and taste. People usually serve it as a nutritious breakfast drink or a refreshing evening treat.

Verification & Winner selection

During these six weeks, participants will be screened for plagiarism and AI content, while participants will be given scores based on how well they understood the concept and how they demonstrated their talent. The top four contestants will be announced as the best for that week. Every week the top 4 best of the week will be selected, and the results will be announced and rewarded, and they will also be nominated for SC01 support.
