Hi friends,

Yesterday morning I woke up very early. Since summer has started here, the weather was a little warm, and there was a possibility of intense sunshine. I finished all the household chores early in the morning.

In the hall of my home, I placed the Uruli. An Uruli is a traditional brass vessel, also known as a Pancha Patra, in which water is poured and flowers are floated to welcome guests. It is customary to add ingredients with many medicinal properties to this vessel. Since these ingredients are fragrant, they naturally bring a pleasant aroma to the room. Adding vetiver, civet, and camphor along with the flowers enhances both the fragrance and the beauty, making the welcome very elegant. It took me about half an hour to prepare it. After doing that, I started attending to other tasks.

In the evening, my husband took us out for dinner. We had dinner at a restaurant called Saravana Bhavan in our town. The restaurant was very beautiful. I had been to this restaurant many times before, so it was a familiar place for us. There was also a sweet shop in the restaurant, where various kinds of sweets were displayed. There were laddus, jalebis, gulab jamuns, rasgullas, Mysore pak, jangiri, sweet boondi, mixture, murukku, and adai murukku. We ordered a quarter kilogram of gulab jamun to be packed and then went to sit at a dining table to eat. After we sat down, the waiter came and asked what we wanted. We ordered our favorite dishes. I ordered idli sambar.

While my husband ordered his favorite dosa, my son ordered chola poori. They also serve chickpea curry. We placed our order and waited for a while. After about a 15-minute wait, all the dishes we ordered arrived at the table. As soon as they arrived, I took pictures of them, and then we started eating. Although we had ordered separately, we shared everything and ate together. All the food was very tasty and hot.

We enjoyed our meal. After eating, we ordered and drank juice. Then we asked for the bill. The bill was given; it was approximately 350 rupees. My husband paid the bill the ayment and was made by UPI .

After we finished our meal, we collected the parcel we had ordered. Then we left the restaurant, went to the parking area where we had parked our car, and drove home. Thus, yesterday was a very happy and satisfying day for us. Please share your comments in the comment section.
