Have you ever prepared a steamed cake, or have you eaten a cake that was prepared by steaming? Please describe it shortly(2 Marks)

Of course, I have eaten steamed pitha many times before and I really like this steamed pitha. Any type of pitha made by steaming is very nutritious. And it tastes much better too. I love making steamed pitha. Sometimes I make steamed pitha for my family for breakfast in the morning and afternoon. I have eaten this pitha and it is very good to eat.

  • So, let me share with you a cake recipe by making it in a steamer.

  • Step 1:
    First, I took a large bowl. In it, I poured two eggs, one cup of oil, and one cup of sugar, and mixed it well with a mixer.

  • Step 2:
    Later, I sifted one cup of milk and two cups of flour using a sieve, added one teaspoon of baking powder and salt to taste.

  • Step 3:

I mixed everything very well and added the raisins on top. I added water from a pressure cooker as needed. I placed a tray in between and put the cake pan in it and steamed it for about half an hour.

  • Step Four:
    After half an hour, the steamed cake was completely ready. I opened the lid of the pressure cooker and saw that the cake had puffed up and turned into a tight bun. It looked so tempting. As you can see on the screen.

Está muy buena la receta práctica y fácil de hacer. Se nota que quedó delicioso, esponjoso y suave; además, el color que tiene por encima me gustó mucho.

He cocido tortas al vapor pero nunca en olla de presión. Me impresiona el color que tomó la superficie.

Probablemente fue cocina a una temperatura muy alto, por ello se formaron eras grietas, pero la textura de ve muy buena, me encantan las patitas rubias, aquí son muy costosas.
