My Fitness Diary || 28 -03 -2026 || Upper Body And Cardio Exercise Day—3 Final
Hello fitness lovers, cordial greetings to y'all and I hope you're all enjoying your day in your different destination. After having a successful Friday fitness session with my fitness client, come Saturday which we go out to finish the weekend workout routine.
So we've been incorporating upper body routine right from the beginning of the week and today which is Saturday, we finished what we started. The purpose of training to upper body is to try eliminate soft arm by making it firm and strong.
It takes consistency, endurance, discipline and hardwork to achieve something like this, training the upper body isn't an easy task, it comes with pains which is why discipline and endurance is required, the process is supposed to be continuously and that's where consistency comes in, we should take the program serious and that's where hard work comes in.

We didn't just focus on upper body, we tried to activate cardio as well just like we've been doing from the beginning of the week, with the cardio activation in mind, movement was crucial so while incorporating the upper body we also make movement.
Sometimes the movement doesn't make sense but sometime it does, weather it does or not, I always told me client to forget the movement and focus on the benefits, because that's the most important thing to focus on.

I always concludes my fitness training with a stretch routine, it doesn't takes much time just a couple of minutes like 4 or 5 minutes and it's done. Most people don't stretch after workout and it's very bad because they go home without a full workout.
Stretch is important and it's always recommended to all the fitness enthusiast, stretch enhance flexibility, correct posture, improve stability and reduce the risk of injuries, these are the reason why everyone should prioritize stretch after workout, I'll drop here guys.
