Good day steemians!

I am 34 years of age, healthy and by the Grace of God, I seldom had sickness. My immune system is very strong I guess because I seldom got flu or any small illness.

But when I deliver my first born, my hypertension story started. Yes, when I was about to deliver Matheena my blood pressure elevated, I thought it was just because I am afraid the moment I get in the hospital. The sad story is that, it continues until Matheena is 6 months old. I was about to have pre-eclamsia plus my postpartum blues that time but thank God I was able to survive because of my support system who always visited and talked to me.

I also visited my OB and told her what I felt. She gave me a maintainance for my blood pressure to take and she told me if it will not continue aftee 3 months I will stop my maintainance. I also planned to go to the pscychiatrist because I always had negative thoughts and always afraid of small things.

Yet my hypertension, stopped after 6 months. That time, I am so deniable, I dont believe that I had already maintainance so I stopped it. But when Matheena is 4 years old, my blood pressure elevated again, and I was so scared that time because I cant walk coz I feel so dizzy. From then on, I just took my maintainance everyday. And when I regularly took it, my blood pressure normalize.

But when I got pregnant; it elevated again, and maybe it was the reason why I got miscarrage.

After my miscarriage, my hubby regularly check my blood pressure. His goal is to normalize it again so that we can have our 2nd baby healthy. And when we visited my OB, she told us to take some vitamins to heal my wounds from D&C operation and can have a kid after 6 months.

I am praying that our 2nd baby this time will be delivered successfully and healthy. I know there is power in praying.
