I am very excited with this post a big hello to @hindwhale is a very important week, because it gives us ideas of what we need to do for those who are unemployed or do not have any idea maybe they do not find what to do well here is the solution stay in #Hindwhale Community and read my post to understand what is the best job for Venezuelans in the year 2023 - 2024.

What are the most popular jobs in your country?

In my country we have millions of state and private jobs obviously as things are in my country Venezuela things are not going well for public employment or officials because the salary is too little and could not cover even a quarter of the food for our families, that is in the public part there are millions of jobs but no one wants them.

A large percentage of lower middle class people are dedicating themselves to private jobs and jobs "on their own account" this is called informal work my intention is not to fall into controversy but to give to understand what people in Venezuela are really exercising.

Informal jobs or "buhoneros" have become the number 1 job of all people in Venezuela, other higher class sector have food stores, mostly larger businesses such as industries and construction.

I could go on talking since the question tells us which are the most popular jobs as I will name some quickly that could be very popular.

Do you think "AI" will help or create problems in the labor market?

There are pros and cons and I will tell you about them below:

I really believe that AI will help considerably in the mass production industry as systems can be implemented where an AI can be incorporated into the software of an important machine that will eventually improve production and will be much faster.

The downside of this is that a human person will not have a job in such a company since he will be replaced by an AI that has no children or wives, he will only work day and night. The only other negative is that if he is producing a bad part believing that it is good, the company will end up losing a lot of money.

How to reduce rising unemployment

Very easy talking about my country Venezuela to reduce the growth of unemployment is incorporating private industry and that there can be a competition where all companies can compete to have the best product in this way would open not only 1 if not x number of companies where it would house a large number of employees this would significantly reduce the growth of unemployment and could thus reduce it to 15% 0 20% as it also needs people with high quality education that is currently lacking in the country of course this would encourage the desire to study all children and adolescents middle-aged people etc. is very good my idea.

Conclusión:

In my country Venezuela the largest industry ever built is the oil and mining industry, two multi-million dollar industries that unfortunately have abandoned their workers paying them very little money for the hard work that is employed in it, the private industry is very few and does not give to house a potentially stable amount of people, this increases unemployment in the country which leads to the growth of the informal economy and a very low education as children at a very young age tend to work to eat.
