Hello my Steemians Friends..

If I had the opportunity to choose another country to live in, what country would I choose? A very interesting contest that invites us to give perspective to countries that we think are great to live in. I invite @meriseptriyanti @fantvwiki and @miftahulrizky if they haven't written their posts yet.

If you had the opportunity to settle overseas, which three countries would you choose?

Some countries look so beautiful and so tempting to visit. Some of us even dream of living there. Whether it's for the sake of admiration or to improve our standard of living, other countries always have their own unique charms.

I can't deny that I love my own country, Indonesia. But if given the opportunity to live in another country, I would choose Switzerland, Japan, and Germany. What are the reasons? Let's discuss one by one.

1. Switzerland🇨🇭

We're all familiar with this country. A country known as the "paradise of the world" due to its truly breathtaking natural beauty. This is the primary reason I chose this country to settle down. I expected the natural beauty to make my life less stressful.

Several articles I read about this country revealed that, in addition to its outstanding natural beauty, it has strict labor restrictions. Starting with the determination of working hours, break, minimum salary, and employment protection. But in this country there is regulation that minimum salary are not nationally controlled in Switzerland, however several industries have labor union agreements that establish minimum salaries.

Salaries in Switzerland are generally high, and employees frequently receive additional benefits such as health insurance and significant pensions. However, I suspect the cost of living is also relatively high in this country as it is a large country with fierce competition. So I think those few reasons are enough to establish why I chose this country to settle down in.

2. Japan 🇯🇵

Who doesn't know this country? I don't think so. If we're familiar with anime, then Japan is the country we immediately think of.

I chose Japan to settle down because I think it's a really beautiful country. From some articles I read, Japan is a very cultured and civilized country. The people are also very friendly and contribute greatly to the modern world. In addition, this country is rich in customs and culture, forming a unique and strong cultural identity.

In terms of employment, Japan has regulations that govern it very well. From minimum salary, working hours provisions, welfare protection are set in strong regulations. So it will be very possible for us to work comfortably in this country.

Japan also boasts solid infrastructure, reliable transportation, and a safe and clean environment. However, the expense of living in this country is quite expensive. In fact, many people prefer not to marry due to the heavy responsibility. However, the income in this country is rather high, allowing many people to help with their cost of living.

3. Germany 🇩🇪

This country is frequently referred to as one that offers welfare for everyone. I believe the nickname stems from Germany's strong labor regulations, which govern everything from minimum salary to worker protection. So it's no surprise that many people find Germany to be an appealing place to work in.

Germany is also among the most economically stable countries in the world. Many manufacturing, technology, automotive, and financial businesses in the country offer a variety of job options. Many employers also provide flexible working hours. There is no need to examine infrastructure or transportation in Germany, both are of high grade. So I believe these factors are sufficient to explain why I chose this country to settle down in.
