After a long month of fasting, tomorrow is Eid for everyone. One month we all fasted, this time we all have fun on Eid. Eid is not only for Muslims, I want to enjoy the joy of Eid with people of all religions and castes. So I wish my brothers and sisters of all religions a very happy Eid.

I have almost finished my Eid shopping, I have bought Punjabi shirts, pants, pajamas and sandals. In addition to these purchases, there are various other purchases, today I and my mother went to the city market to do those purchases.

There are all types of grocery stores in the city market, and there is also a vegetable market in this city market. Me and my mom went to the grocery store.

But when I left home today, I was surprised. There was more crowd outside today than other days. Where the other day it took 15 minutes to go to the city market due to jam, today it took about 45 minutes. Today everyone is busy with their Eid market and the number of cars on the road is very high. That's why there was more jam today than other days.

Just by looking at the picture above, you can understand that there were a lot of rickshaws on the road. Because of these rickshaws there is more jam. I had to spend a lot of time sitting in this jam. Sitting in this jam was not bothering much because today this place is much more magnificent than other days.

Because of Eid, the markets are beautifully decorated with chandeliers, so it looks amazing. Sitting in the jam, I was watching the lights of the market. Not only the market but the whole city is decorated with lights. It would be great if I could show you those decorations, but I didn't go in that direction today.

I took this photo after the jam subsided when we were heading towards City Bazaar. After sitting at the signal for a long time, when the rickshaw started moving, it was really good. It would be wrong to say that there was less jam. There was a lot of jam that is why it took us so long to go to the city market today.

This is Raja Rammohan Roy Market. Our city market is next to this market. I was taking pictures from the other side of the road but the traffic was moving so fast that I couldn't get a clear picture. Still tried to take as clear a picture as possible.

I entered the city market and saw a lot of people there. Everyone is shopping for different things for their home. Grocery stores were also very crowded today. Then walked to our familiar grocery store where we always shop.

This is the grocery store we shop at all the time. Listed from here we bought all the items like laccha semai, noodles, pasta, ghee, raisins, cashews, semai and many more.

All our items were loaded into our bags by the grocer. The bags were quite full and now I was wondering how to carry them to the rickshaw. Then without much delay I picked up the bags myself and started walking.

Then I went outside the city market and ordered a rickshaw to go home. The other day, the rickshaw fare to go home was only 20 taka. Today, the rickshaw fare was 40 taka, twice as much as the other day. Everything costs a little more on Eid.

Anyway friends, that's it for today. I will definitely share a post with you about how I celebrated my Eid. Until then, everyone will be fine and healthy. I wish you all the best. I wish everyone a very happy Eid. Eid Mubarak everyone.
