Hey, Hope you all will be fine and doing crazy for yourself as well as the humanity also. Postponing works has been the habits of the almost every age group of the people especially it's really dangerous if we listen that you generation are the most actively participating in it. So as always without any further delays let's have a look at the facts and the consequences of it on the health status as well as the efficiency and the mental status of our young generation people who are more inclined towards Postponement.


We and the Postponement of the Work

Postponement of tasks affects our performance, also weakens our image in the minds of others. But, say studies. That the nature of postponing works also harms our health. Symptoms like excessive stress, poor lifestyle and delay in going to the doctor in health-related matters are also seen in such people.

To understand the relationship between procrastination and our health, a study was conducted on 3525 children studying at eight universities in Stockholm. Under this, the children were asked to fill a question paper every three months.

What Studies Reveals

The study is published in Jama open Network. After nine months, the study revealed that the children who procrastinated more completed their tasks. They are more prone to depression, anxiety and stress than other children. Symptoms include pain in the shoulders or arms, lack of good sleep, and loneliness see you. Postponing work harms the body and mind and leads us to a wrong lifestyle.

Simple Solutions

According to the researchers, cognitive behavior therapy can prove to be helpful in correcting the attitude of avoiding tasks. Inspite of this, just think of our childhood and the dohas of the Kabir which verse is given below 👇

If you are still remembered it and don't apply in your lifestyle then what's the value 9f education that you have acquired in the school or in the childhood. So I always prefer to say that if you are not going to apply in your lifestyle the 8ts nothing worth to reading my post also and it's better to go somewhere else to search your interest.
