HindWeen/HalloWhale day
one more time today- i could not help myself from returning to steemit, where i again dove into my digital canvas, creating a surreal, absurd collage that feels like a twisted celebration of the spooky holiday.

...The colors are a riot of unnatural hues; sickly green fog coils around the scene, bleeding into blood-red splatters that resemble splashes of horror. Shadows stretch and warp in impossible ways, elongating and twisting to form sinister silhouettes of witches and ghouls lurking just beyond the edges of the composition. I manipulated light and darkness with digital brushstrokes, making some areas glow with an eerie, unnatural luminescence, while others sink into deep, inky voids that swallow the details whole. It’s as if the entire scene exists in a liminal space—between nightmare and carnival—where absurdity reigns, yet there's an underlying sense of menace.

...I layered textures that fracture and ripple, distorting familiar shapes into monstrous caricatures—bats with elongated wings that twist into spirals, and haunted houses with windows that stare back like hollow eyes. The entire piece feels like an absurd nightmare, where logic is twisted, and the bizarre becomes beautiful in its own unsettling way.

What makes this digital chaos so compelling is how the effects amplify the holiday’s spooky essence while embracing absurdity. It’s a visual carnival of the uncanny—reminiscent of haunted fairgrounds where anything can happen, and nothing is quite what it seems
