The Diary Game: 12th April, 2026. I Woke Up Excited Cause It Sunday Again, I Say My lady and Had One of My Favourite Local Dish.
Today is such a day for me. Guys, I woke up on that side of the bed again, feeling excited and confident about life. It has been like this for me all weekend...I mean, since Friday and I really like it. So today, I woke up and, in all that excitement, went straight to the bathroom to take my bath. It’s Sunday, and that means church day. I got ready for church, and I loved how simple I looked. I asked my brother to take a quick photo of me, and he did and I really liked it.

I initially wanted to wear a shoe, something big and obvious, but then I tried on a simpler one, and it fit perfectly. So I just went with the latter. Since church is not really far from where I stay, I walked to church and had the moment of my life.

The service was interesting and impactful as the pastor spoke on the topic: how to serve God. I was seated at the back in a very good spot where I could see the whole church from my end. Everything about today’s service felt different in an amazing way.

Fast forward to a few minutes past 11 a.m., church closed and everyone was dismissed. I met a few church members, we greeted and I also saw my beautiful lady today. She was looking so fine that I took some shots of her which I unfortunately can not find on my phone again. We walked together until we got to where we had to part ways.

I got home, stayed on my phone for a while, then went straight to the kitchen to cook Sunday food.
I had been craving rice prepared in my local style, okpehe rice and beans, best enjoyed with enough smoked fish. I made it, and it turned out really sweet. I didn’t eat immediately because I was fasting, so I broke my fast by 6pm after praying then tasted it, it really satisfied my cravings that I properly dished my food and ate.

After eating, I rested a bit for the food to digest, then went to the bathroom to take another bath. I felt not just satisfied from eating, but from the rush of the cool water on my body. I felt peace… I felt relaxed.
I finished up and headed straight to my room.
I love today and I hope to have days like this even more.
