🔸Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander🔸

You all are very welcome to my today's Steemit Challenge Season 27 Week 05. I hope you all are happy and safe. Today I have brought for you Homemade Green Ketchup with Mint and Coriander recipe. I hope you like it. We all know that ketchup available in the market has taste. But they often contain preservatives, artificial colors and excess sugar. Gradually this habit affects the health. With this in mind, I did a new experiment in this weeks Steemit Challenge Season 27 Week 05. Homemade green ketchup which has the freshness of mint and coriander along with tomatoes.This ketchup not only enhances the taste of food but is also beneficial for health. It is rich in vitamin C, iron, and antioxidants. It is very easy to make and its color is so attractive green that even children like it.

STEP - 1
First of all, to make green ketchup, we have to take all the ingredients like green coriander, mint, green chilli, sugar, salt, tomato, vinegar, oil and water. Now clean all the leaves and wash them with water, then take them out of the water and keep them in a mesh basket so that the water dries. Today I have taken two glass cups to measure. In which I have kept coriander and mint leaves. As you can also see in the picture. All the leaves have also dried well. There should not be any water in it, only then green ketchup will be prepared well.
STEP - 2
Now I have also washed the green chillies with water and chopped them. I poured water in a vessel, boiled it, added chopped green chillies and boiled it for a while. After that I ground coriander leaves and mint leaves in the mixer. After that I also added green chillies along with hot water and ground it well. After grinding I added vinegar to it.
STEP - 3
After that I added some salt to it. Then I took it out in a glass bowl. After that I chopped the tomatoes. Put chopped tomatoes in a vessel. I poured water into it and pushed it with a lid so that the tomatoes cooked properly. When the tomatoes were cooked well, I let it cool. After it cooled, I ground it in the mixer. And made paste.
STEP - 4
Now I poured oil in a vessel. After the oil was hot, I added ground tomato paste to it. Then added one spoon sugar. After some time, I added the green ketchup I had prepared. This is how I prepared green ketchup with mint and coriander.

So friends, here I have prepared green ketchup. I presented homemade green ketchup in a very attractive way. Filled it in a transparent jar, placed some mint and coriander leaves on top. I also wrote my name and date on a small paper. When I tasted it for the first time, it tasted very refreshing. , A wonderful combination of mild sweetness of tomato, coolness of mint and aroma of coriander. It was not like chutney but actually creamy and smooth like ketchup. Now I end my post here.
