In this step, I separated the mint leaves and basil leaves from the stems. I also separated the young stems so that the mixture would be smooth. Then I placed them in a perforated container so that the water could drain from the leaves. Then chopped these leaves and mixed together.

Here I chopped the tomatoes into small pieces so that I could cook them easily. I chopped them with a sharp knife. It took only 3 minute because this week I use little amount of tomatoo. Then I put the chopped tomatoes in a pan. Here I used about half cup of water. Then I put a lid on it and let the tomatoes cook on low heat
Step-IV

I am very happy to prepare these homemade ketchups and I have learnt something new which is a joy for me. I have prepared ketchup every week of this season and every week's ketchup was very tasty. One more thing I want to share is that the ketchup I prepared in the third week is my favorite and I ate pakoras with that ketchup last night too. For this I want to thank my course teacher @afzalqamar sir for his beautiful initiative. I hope this season too you will come with something great and give us ideas and teach us about herbal, healthy food. I will miss this ketchup challenge.
I am inviting my friends @arjinarahman @pathanapsana and @selina1 to have a look on this challenge.
